Namaskar

Let us soften and awaken the paths of our hearts, attune ourselves to the natural rhythm of the world, and see ourselves as honorable, valuable creations of the vast, great wholeness.

Know that you are perfect. You make the best decision you can with the consciousness you have in that moment. Penetrate into the core of yourself where all appears empty and still. Watch with patience and stillness and this vacuum will evoke insights, new thoughts and ideas. Allow the contents to drift past instead of holding on to them.

When your body, mind and spirit are in harmony, the spirit elevates the body, mind and consciousness above the level of the selfish self and allows you to function as a true whole, with harmony and health. When you reach your essence, you come home to your rightful place - the kingdom that resides within you.

Finding this essence is most important and this true and beautiful self waits to reward you with the peace that passes understanding. Discover through the power of your own experience how you can change direction. Remember the balance, connect with nature, the greatness of love and the power of vibration. Allow these to be the tools that free and heal you.

We share, teach and heal from our hearts. Every time a smile leaves Acu Harmony Health, it influences all it encounters.

Dance with freedom, joy and glitter from the universe.

Enjoy your journey.

We have installed infra red heat for the Hot Yoga classes.
